On this week´s AMFM show we go back in time again to the night I played alongside Richie Hawtin at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. It was part of his CNTRL bus tour through the US, on which I joined him for dates in Seattle, San Francisco and LA. It was quite a trip, as I managed to visit my host family in Washington State after almost 20 years again (yes, I was an exchange student in Wenatchee Washington for a year back in the days) and we hung out with Dave Smith in San Francisco, the founder and boss of Sequential Instruments and the inventor of Midi. We actually convinced him to hop on the tour bus and go with us down to LA. Many friendships started on this tour, the one with Dave was one of them. I have only great memories and wanna thank Richie again for having me there. This is an hour of my set that I played that night. Hope you enjoy that!
